Fans of folklore, imps, demons, Japanese myths, and monster art will appreciate this handmade, one-of-a-kind stoneware bowl. Based on the Kappa from Japanese folklore, this head of the creature makes up the body of the bowl, while its inners is exactly where the Kappa’s dish/”sara” would be.
This bowl is great for holding water, cucumbers, shirikodama, cereal, or really anything which catches your (or its) eye.
Weight: 1.21 lb
Eyes: 2, both blue, 1 of which is lazy
Note: There is a small crack under one of the Kappa’s chin folds. It doesn’t affect the structural integrity of the piece, but we would suggest hand-washing, rather than running it through a dishwasher just to be on the safe side.
