Description

Handcrafted speckle stoneware mug with a cool deathhead moth medallion. The mug is almost cauldron shapes with a wider bottom and highly curved lip. The interior and most of the exterior is glazes with a glossy coral pink glaze with a lighter glaze which creates a bit of movement, especially on the back.

The moth medallion was sculpted, molded and fused to the front of the mug, then glazes with a light satiny glaze which pairs well with the buff colour of the clay. This mug feels great in the hand and can hold an large cup of coffee or tea.
